Who Requires a Visa?

Entry requirements differ depending on what country you are a resident and citizen of. Check here to find out the necessary documentation you will need to insure a smooth entry into The United States of America.

In some cases, attendees may require a letter of invitation from World Council of Credit Unions to facilitate the processing of the visa. To request a letter of invitation, please do the following:

  1. Register for the conference and submit payment. Your letter of invitation cannot be processed until payment is received in full.
  2. Download and complete the Request for Letter of Invitation Form.
  3. Email the completed form to Kassandra Schroeder, Senior Event Coordinator, at kschroeder@woccu.org.

Letters of invitation will only be issued once the above documentation, conference registration and payment have been received. Issuance of a visa letter is subject to review by World Council. Incomplete requests may not be processed. All letters will be emailed as a PDF, no exceptions. Visa letters will be emailed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the completed form and after registration and full payments have been processed.
